AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY
AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY
With automobile liability insurance, the owner, i.e. the user of the vehicle, insures his civil liability for damages that, by using his vehicle, by his own fault and liability, he will cause to third parties.

Thus, the caused damage, up to the amount of the insurance coverage, will be paid directly to the injured party by the insurer where the vehicle owner insured his liability, without the right to reimburse the amount paid by the perpetrator, except in cases provided by law (not having a driver's license, uninsured vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol).
